    So, according to the rules:

    5.2.4 GENERATORS AND ALTERNATORS
Generators and Alternators can be used on a BattleBots Robot, provided that their voltage output
complies with the requirements of "5.1 VOLTAGE LIMITATIONS".

It would seem as if a nuclear powered robot would qualify for use in BattleBots. They have restrictions in place for fuel-powered engines, but those only pertain to combustion engines.

    Advantages:

    • A nuclear powered robot would not need to be recharged between matches.
    • Because of the above statement, the power source can be built into the robot, without need for easy/quick access.
    • Unlimited power for motors, weapons, and anything else.

    Disadvantages:

    • Weight
    • Radiation

One great advantage for having unlimited power would be for energy drawing elements such as electromagnets or walking systems. Or, those two things can be combined, giving rise to a walking robot with electromagnetic feet. This makes walking a lot easier, as it no longer needs to be balanced. In fact, the robot would be so strong, it could lift up the floor panels and throw them at the enemy.

going with the idea, i fell that if we could fit a nuclear power supply in a 120lb robot, then we should be selling this idea for countless amounts of money.

secondly i feel as if we could make a super awesome electro magnet that would utterly destroy all electronics on opposing robots within a second
