  So thanks to everyone who came out today to help. We managed to get the frame welded with a big help from Bruce, the machine shop guy. I will let the pictures speak for themselves:

  Also, for those who still do not know yet, this is a 120lb combat robot. 4wd scooter motor drivetrain + linear actuated weapon.

  1. finish welding frame

  2. Wire up robot

  3. Attach actuator

  4. Attach shield

  5. + a billion other tiny things…..

  Allen sat on the robot, and it held together, so that is a good sign. Also, the weight of the configureation seen above is about 75lbs.

  We are almost there!
