  BattleBots competition at Mare Island, CA from April 26-April 27, 2009.

  UCSD Triton Robotix is to be among 10 other college teams in a double-elimination tournament to see which robot reigns supreme.

  Half a dozen CBS-contracted film crews will be on-site to document the destruction. The BattleBots series is due to air in August.
